Delivery and payment methods available at the PUQUU store

When you order from us, you can count on efficient and convenient delivery – both in Poland and abroad. Prices for domestic orders are shown in Polish złoty (PLN); prices for international orders are shown in euro (EUR). The exact delivery cost and estimated delivery time for your destination are displayed when you select the country and delivery method in your cart.

Deliveries within Poland

For orders over PLN 199, delivery within Poland is free of charge. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 are shipped the same day; the delivery deadline within Poland is up to three working days, counted from the date of payment.

International deliveries

Delivery costs depend on the value of your order. For orders over €100, delivery is free of charge. The carrier, delivery cost and estimated delivery time for each country are set out below. The estimated delivery time is given in working days and counted from the date of payment.

Personal collection

Personal collection of the Goods is possible at our office at ul. Skrzypowa 1, 54-530 Wrocław, after prior telephone contact and arrangement of the collection time.

Prices and payment methods

All prices in the store include VAT, with no hidden costs. Domestic orders are shown in PLN, international orders in EUR. Shipping costs are added to the order total and shown in the order summary before you pay.

• Orders in PLN (Poland) – prepayment via the TPay payment system (BLIK, fast bank transfer, or Visa / Mastercard card).
• Orders in another currency (international) – prepayment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards).

All transactions are encrypted and handled by trusted payment operators, so your data stays safe. Your payment card details are never stored on our side.
